Dubai, 18 May 2016:
The Combined Dubai Government Platform, at the 16th Edition of the UAE Career Exhibition, has received a huge number of UAE citizens who are searching for a promising future careers. Their presence has been very apparent during the third and closing day of the Exhibition.
The major activity that distinguished the third day of the Exhibition is the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the DGHR Department, represented by HE Amal Bin Adi, Director General of the DGHR Department, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, represented by HE Mohammad Matar Al Murri, a General Manager at the Ministry. The (MoU) comprises the improvement of collaboration and coordination between both
sides in regard to exchange database related to job market.
HE Amal Bin Adi, has stressed
the importance of the collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation which shall reflect positively on the integration of young generation within the job market in the UAE.
She added, the collaboration would establish new links to enhance the Emiratisation policy which has been adopted by
the UAE government. The policy depends on collective planning for workforce and qualification for national talents to keep up with the demand of the job market after graduation.
HE Mohammad Matar Al Murri, a General Manager at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, confirms that the (MoU) comes under the framework of reinforcement of the strategic partnership between the Ministry and the DGHUR Department in line with the policy of integration between central and local governments. He praises the efforts put by the DGHR Department in regard to supporting the polices and schemes of employment, which implements the UAE 2021 vision.
During the Exhibition a visit has been made by HE Noura Al Kaabi, Misiter of State for Federal National Council Affairs, accompanied by HE Amal Bin Adi, Director General of the DGHR Department, The later has shown her all actions and activities of the government departments which are participating in the Exhibition.
The Combined Dubai Government Platform, at the 16th Edition of the UAE Career Exhibition, has welcomed many visitors of new job seekers, and as usual the DGHR Department keeps enriching work grounds in the UAE through offering more job opportunities and development for young talents. This is to enable them to prove themselves and improve their skills and capabilities, provide innovation and creativity on different jobs fields, which would result in promoting more national pride
